Neo Kashmir Holidays

1. General Information

All correspondence related to tour and travel service bookings should be directed to Neo Kashmir Holidays.

Hotel rates and availability are valid for 24 hours only. If unavailable afterward, a same-category alternative will be arranged.

We ensure comparable quality and service in replacements. Due to market changes, rates and availability may fluctuate without notice.

2. Payments

To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required. Remaining balance may be paid:

  • Before departure from your country/state
  • Upon arrival in India, before service starts

Full payment is required in peak seasons or special cases like Christmas/New Year.

3. Mode of Payment

International advance payments can be made via Wire Transfer to our designated bank account.

4. Cancellation Policy
  • No charge if cancelled 21+ days before arrival.
  • 100% retention for cancellations within 21 days.
  • Non-refundable during 20 Dec – 05 Jan.

Cancellations must be written (Mon–Sat). Sunday cancellations are considered on Monday.

Post-arrival cancellations are partially refundable depending on hotel/supplier recoveries. No refunds for unused services.

5. Liabilities & Limitations

Price changes due to government hikes or fees will be charged extra. Neo Kashmir Holidays acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for third-party services.

Itineraries are indicative and may change for safety or weather. We reserve the right to modify schedules for guest wellbeing.

6. Refund Policy

At Neo Kashmir Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to offer fair and transparent refund processes. However, as a travel service aggregator, we depend on multiple third-party providers such as hoteliers, transporters, and other vendors to deliver our services.

Please note: Refunds will only be processed after we recover the corresponding amount from these service providers. This process typically takes up to 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the required formalities with our partners. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the progress of your refund and do our best to expedite the process wherever possible.

7. Responsibility & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, losses, or expenses caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Accidents or transport issues
  • Weather, sickness, or epidemics
  • Strikes, political closures, civil unrest
  • Any force majeure event
8. Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance. Clients are advised to arrange appropriate coverage in their home country for health, accidents, theft, and cancellations. Belongings are at the traveler's own risk.

9. Important Note

We are not responsible for expenses due to unexpected events like landslides, roadblocks, or extreme weather. Please plan accordingly for remote travel regions.

10.No Product Shipping Disclaimer

Neo Kashmir Holidays is a service-based travel agency. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

All offerings on our website — including tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related services — are intangible services rendered either directly by us or through our partnered vendors.

Any references to bookings, confirmations, or vouchers are strictly service-related and delivered electronically via email or messaging platforms. Please do not expect the delivery of any physical goods as part of our services.
